Homesteader 7 x 16 ft cargo trailers use a tubular steel frame that is equipped with tandem Dexter 3500# axles with electric brakes. That gives 7 x 16 ft cargo trailers a 7000# gross vehicle weight rating and a payload of 4700 lbs.

Inside of the Homesteader the floor is 16 in on center cross members with 3/4 IN floors and 3/8ths IN walls.



The exterior is .024 aluminum with an aluminum tread plate rock guard and a one piece roof. All exterior lights are LED.



The curb side door is 32 inches wide and closed with a locking bar hasp. The rear ramp door is spring assisted with a cable pullie system.
